Race to Read 5K and 1-Mile Fun Walk
NOTICE: Online registration will close on Thursday, March 21 at 12:00pm EST. Downloadable registration form will remain and participants are invited to bring completed form with them to Walk-Up Registration on Saturday morning, March 23, at 8:15am. Those who have pre-registered are invited to Packet Pick-Up on Friday, March 22 from 10:00am-2:00pm at Mission House, 203 East Fourth Street, Lexington, KY 40588. Proceeds
Proceeds benefit Reading Camp, a tuition-free summer learning program for children struggling with reading skills.

The 3rd annual Race to Read will be held at Coldstream Park in Lexington on
Saturday, March 23, 2013.
8:15am – Walk-up registration and pre-registered packet pick-up
9:00am – 5K Race and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk begins!

T-shirts
Each person who registers before March 1 is guaranteed a t-shirt. Later registrants and walk-up registrants may also receive t-shirts as supplies last.
Course and Timing
Course set and race timing provided by John’s Run/Walk Shop.
Awards
Awards will be presented to 1st-3rd place male and female overall; 1st-3rd place male and female in the following age groups: 10 and under, 11-16, 17-25, 26-35, 36-45, and 56+; and for the largest team.
